

Wild game will be accepted through November 30, 2022.We understand this may be an inconvenience, but we must allocate our personnel for production in order to process game efficiently. MINOT DROP-OFF: We will NOT be picking up whole animals or trim in Minot and we will also NOT be delivering processed wild game to Minot.Please be considerate of our freezer space and pick up your order as soon as possible after being notified processing is complete.Special seasoning requests and proportions cost an additional $0.25/pound.All sausage prices include beef, pork, cheese and potatoes according to our regular recipe proportions-requests for special beef/pork proportions may incur additional charges.Please order only one flavor of venison jerky per deer.A 5 pound minimum (wet weight) is recommended if ordering venison jerky.The minimum batch size for each type (flavor) of sausage ordered is 20 pounds – this includes snack sticks.We take extra precautions when processing wild game to minimize your exposure to lead in the meat, and also encourage you to be mindful in handling the carcass in order to reduce the possibility of lead fragments. Lead fragments in venison have become a concern for hunters and processors.You get your own meat back so please treat it like the meat you want to put on your grill to eat. We do not have time or resources to pick excessive hair/dirt/leaves off of the meat. Please keep your animal clean! We reserve the right to refuse any product that is overly dirty.Take the guts out immediately! We will not accept any animal that has not been field dressed. They can spoil quickly if not cooled properly. Please take special care of your animal especially if you are hunting in warm weather.The carcass tag MUST accompany the deer/trim to the processor.We keep your animal separate from others in all stages of processing.Boneless trim orders require a $50 deposit. A $100 per deer deposit is required for all orders with whole deer or big game.Finished orders that have been processed at the Parshall plant can be delivered back to the Garrison plant for pick up upon request.Elk quarters will be accepted at the Parshall plant.We will only be accepting hide-on whole deer and boneless trim. We will NOT be accepting deer quarters or skinned (hide off) deer.The Garrison plant will accept boneless deer trim only.
